TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO TRAINING AND COMPETITION

ENCAMP (ANDORRA)

JULY 12-13-14 2019

INTRODUCTION:

This is a training camp designed for all lovers of long distance and technology applied to endurance sports.
During the weekend you can acquire new knowledge to improve your training and, consequently, your sports performance.
You will probably contact and use a potentiometer for the first time to run and analyze the data using the computer and the TrainingPeaks application. This will allow you to better evaluate the charge of the competitions, plan your training better and obtain better results.
Futhermore, you can also try out the latest Lurbel and Inov-8 new products in Encamp’s Open Trail Races competitive circuits, where you can train “as if you were wearing a bib”.
It will be a very intense weekend in which we will train using the circuits of The Trail Zone, enjoying the paradise of the mountains that surround the parish of Encamp and where you can ask and learn as much as you want about the latest trends in technology applied to training and the trail running.
