It is set in a privileged location, between three national parks: Parque del Garraf, Parque del Foix (and its marsh) and Parque de Ol\u00e8rdola. Canyelles offers an astonishing valley covered by vineyards, ideal for training throughout the year because of its mild Mediterranean climate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This vertical circuit is designed to train on steep climbs. If you are in good physical shape, this trail is doable in a constant rhythm (without need for breaks). It is an intense route that won\u00b4t disappoint you, specially with the views that you will find from the summit of Pic de You can take the opportunity to race against the clock using the app.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is a short but intense route, ideal to train on vertical races and to compare timed trainings in a same section, but in different days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is a suitable route at any time of the year, but if you do it during summer, make sure you bring enough water because it can be quite hot and an intense experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Starting from Plaza del Casal, follow the stream that will lead you out of the town. Continue the ascent by path until you reach the summit of Pic de l\u2019\u00c0liga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the first 2 kilometers, you will go through an incline of 100 meters. The second section of the route is way more vertical and intense, with gradients of up to 30% in some stretches, ascending for 250 meters. The peak of l\u2019\u00c0liga will be reached after a total ascent of 350 meters.
