SECURITY ADVICE

    • Ensure to bring the right sports equipment for your activity.
    • Even if you go in summer to the routes of high mountain, remember to bring clothes (windstopper, gloves, cap)
    • Bring mobile phone, GPS and an additional charger, all with fully charged batteries to follow the routes with total security
    • For maximum security, bring a paper map of the area where you will make the route.
    • Bring enough food and water to complete the route
    • Carrying a first aid kit, a heating blanket, a whistle and even a small mirror to make signals, may seem like an exaggeration, but in the event of an accident and especially on remote routes, it can save your life.
    • Check the weather forecast before leaving. On the home page of each TrailZone you will find this info.
    • Always follow the tracks and avoid leaving them, you can be in a protected area.
    • You are the maximum responsible for your safety, be aware of your physical and technical level.
    • Previously read the review and see the images of the route that we provide, they are taken in order of the route, so you can easily know what you’ll find.
    • Always tell someone the route or area you will perform. If you want you can send an email to us with the day and route. In case of accident we will know where to find you.
    • If you have no experience, contact us and we will provide you with a trail running guide of the area.
